Hey y’all! I’m so glad to have you here on my webpage and truly look forward to building a lasting relationship with you. My sweet family of 5 currently lives in Colorado Springs and most of our days are spent participating in sports, eating, laughing or enjoying the outdoors. I thoroughly love gaining knowledge and a passion for better health, which has included pursuing my masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (emphasis in Autism), along with obtaining my Personal Training Certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
